Online Return Policy

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. With the exception of customized orders, if you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to our offices within 7 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. In addition to our full 7 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee, we also offer several other valuable services to our clients.

ALL OTHER PURCHASES

All other purchases, including but not limited to in-store or by-phone purchases, are final. No refunds will be given and no returns will be accepted.

60 Day Free Resizing

Royal Design will gladly resize your ring free-of-charge the first time, within the first 60 days of purchase. Free resizing is available for all platinum, white gold, rose gold, and yellow gold engagement rings. To have your item resized free-of-charge, please follow the Return Procedures listed below.

Lifetime Warranty

We are proud of all the fine quality jewelry we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. A member of our quality-control staff personally inspects every item prior to shipment, so it is very unlikely your purchase will be anything less than perfect. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection and/or repair. We also offer services such as prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning at wholesale prices for the life of your fine jewelry.

Return Procedures

    • In order to process a return, contact our Customer Service department at 404-659-4600, first.
    • Include the original invoice and other paperwork provided by Royal Design.
    • Place your item into any standard plain brown box. Boxes may be purchased at the post office.
    • We recommend if the value of your package is $500.00 or less, send your item using First Class Mail with insurance. If your item is valued above $500.00, use Registered Mail with insurance. The cost to ship your item with insurance will range from $5.00 to $25.00.
    • Ship the package to our corporate headquarters, located at:

    • Your item should arrive in our office in 2-10 days, depending on your location.
  • All refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Packages shipped beyond the 7-day return period, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Please be sure to call our office if you have an questions before you return your item.

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Royal Design will not be accepted. Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150/per carat charge will be assessed to replace the certificate. Special orders are not returnable. In addition, any engagement ring setting may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Eternity bands and tension rings cannot usually be resized and must be completely re-manufactured. For that reason, it is very important you order the correct size at the time of original purchase.
